Still my muscles that runs behind my neck made my day and night no in simple way,
The pain that life on me is like a running river that hold with no end.

TIME TO GO
I’m a super positive person, but even I occasionally find myself in a negative loop after an event that doesn’t go so well. That’s part of being human, right? Maybe not. I found two articles and simple techniques that have helped me to leave negativity behind for good.
A few years ago, I attended a south Sudan Athletic Retreat in Juba. Several training focused on how to let go of negative thinking. I learned that repetitive negativity wastes a ton of time that could be used in positive and creative ways. They still seeped into my subconscious sometimes and I would catch myself in a negative loop.
Abe Emmanuel suggests a 30-second technique to stop negative thinking for good. His article is based on the work of Lobur Elikana, who wrote Abe’s Brain, and the early work of lobur elikana as Athlete. He included a video by Diana jursuk.
30 seconds? I figured it was worth a try.
I didn’t want to bring all of my heavy baggage with me into the new decade.
No one wants to carry around the same old negative thoughts like this poor training.
This was my mind blown moment:
Abe describes positive thoughts as slipping from our memories like while everything negative attaches to us like Velcro.
That is so true, right?
This reaction comes from being hardwired to react with fight or flight to keep us alive. Well, most of us don't.

Since I growth up throughout my grandma's hands,my grandma is granted one from the whole nations.
She treated me well,and at the end she gotta die in 1996.
She leftist me nowhere without education, if event a support of my eldest,
Since they were abroad,struggles all my ways all round made me pushed myself to Olevel, what next?
I'm nephew's without support,without parents whom will made me excited,and who will led me into space.
And forwarded me for futuristic life, at the end I leftover school because of family problems,hard to gotta a school fees that very moment.
I gotta terrifying stories where as i when and gotta married, no one stand by me
Perhaps I think that's my eldest will stands to my in-laws.
Non of them stand behind my stories.
WARRIORS OF THE FIELD IN SOUTH SUDAN
They come to this place to taunt each other, On a battlefield, against friend or brother.
They stand and they face each other to start, Twenty two men with no fear in their hearts.
From start to finish this is a race, All of them wearing the same game face.
Like a game of chess, their strategy is planned, To conquer the enemy who invades their land like the one of Liwolo.
They charge down the field, like soldiers they run, Let nothing stop them from getting the job done.
They make their way through mud and rain, To the other side, they fight through the pain.
Now the sound of people as they yell, Down on that field must be some kind of hell.
In the end when it's all done, These warriors of the field, so much they have won.
